Jewelry artist Dwayne Cobb creates one of a kind pieces and collections in his studio in Midway, KY. After graduating in sculpture from the University of Kentucky, he found that he didn't have room to continue his welded steel work. So, he scaled down his vision and taught himself to make jewelry, wearable sculpture. With a varied background in materials and processes, he uses various elements to achieve his work. By cutting and polishing stones, slumping glass and lamp working glass, combined with fabricating sterling silver, copper and brass he controls all aspects of his creations and continues to explore the elements of sculpture in his work.
