If problems occur as a result of wear and tear, accident or neglect, or relating to heat or humidity, I will do repairs as quickly and inexpensively as possible. If in the unlikely event problems do occur as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, get the harp to me and I'll take care of it. Period. This goes for as long as I am living and able to do the work—after that you are pretty much on your own.
